1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between be222 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "member").

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account on be222. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed and deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at registration — such as name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure.

3.3 Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Giving any other person access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact be222 support immediately. be222 will not be liable for any loss resulting from misuse of your login details.

3.4 Third-Party Access

Allowing family members or acquaintances to use your account is prohibited. The account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on be222 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other listed banks).

Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made through a third party may be rejected subject to account verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases additional time may be required due to the verification process.

At the time of a withdrawal request, sufficient funds must be available in the account, and withdrawals may be on hold if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit at be222, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own expiry — if wagering requirements are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another person.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, be222 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• be222 reserves the right to change bonus terms or withdraw any promotion at any time.

6. Game Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on be222 are operated by reliable software providers and fair play is ensured. Every outcome is determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. The outcome of each bet depends on the official result of the relevant match. In the case of a technical error or disputed result, the decision of be222 is final.

6.3 Live Casino

Content from third-party game providers is the intellectual property of the respective provider and is protected by their own terms and conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

The be222 platform is secured through SSL encryption and modern security measures. However, be222's liability will be limited in the following cases:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Issues caused by the member's own device or network.
• Delays caused by the failure of a third-party service provider.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

• Failure to verify age.
• Extended period of inactivity.

11.2 Closure by Member
